Are my credit card and personal details secure?

Yes, our site is secure. The details you enter are encrypted so they can't be read as they are sent over the internet. They are then stored on a secure computer.

How can I book?

You can book online or by phoning 01782 388350. All bookings less than 7 days before departure need to be made by phone. The best prices are available online.

What payment methods do you accept?
A
Payment can be made by debit or credit card. We accept Mastercard*, Visa*, Delta and Switch. (*Please note that a handling fee of 2.5% will be charged on payments by credit card)

Can you give me an explanation of the different room types?
A
We have made special icons to show clearly the bed configuration in each type of room in our villa accommodation so that if you are booking with friends you can see exactly which type of beds are in each bedroom.

How do I make a special request on a booking?
A
You can make a special request at the time of your booking by completing the special request section on the booking form or by calling 01782 388350 after you have made a booking. We will then pass your request onto your chosen accommodation, however we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled.

If there is a mistake on my confirmation documents what should I do?
A
If the error is an incorrect name or party detail this can be fixed by following the original email link to your booking page and making the amendment yourself. If it is another type of mistake then please email the details to admin@villarentalsabroad.com remembering to quote your booking reference number, and a contact phone number in case of any queries.

If I need to change my booking what do I do?
A
You can make minor amendments to your booking online up to 7 days before departure by following the link in your booking confirmation email to your personal booking page. There is no charge for making changes to your party details if the numbers of your party do not exceed the stated maximum occupancy of the property. Please ensure you have entered the names of all your party, your emergency tel no and your estimated time of arrival which is needed by our suppliers. Please email the details of other types of changes to admin@villarentalsabroad.com or call 01782 388350. Please note, a charge may be made for making certain types of booking changes such as date changes.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

If you make your booking online, you will receive a note of confirmation and be allocated a booking reference number at the end of the booking request process. Please print the page or write down the booking reference number. We will also send you an email confirming the details of your booking request. You will receive a sales receipt when your booking request has been confirmed.

How do I cancel my booking?

What documents will you send me and when?
A
Full details of what documents you should expect and when will be shown on the confirmation page of this site after you have completed your booking request. You will receive an email confirmation and a link to your personal online booking page to print your sales invoice receipt and accommodation voucher with full arrival instructions. In many cases we are also able to provide detailed maps or map references to find your accommodations. Please note that all accommodation vouchers will be sent by email so you need to ensure that your email address is kept up to date.
Please advise us as soon as possible, if your email address changes.

What are the specific terms of the contract with the accommodation provider?
A
The contract and the standard terms of each accommodation vary considerably with regard to the payment of extras such as cleaning, security deposits etc. If in doubt customers should please refer to the accommodation details on the website, your sales receipt and your accommodation voucher.

Prices

Are prices shown per villa or per person?
A
The prices shown are per villa per night for the specific party size you have selected. In some cases there are extra per person charges if you wish to add an extra person to the villa over its normal occupancy size. This has to be specially arranged with the accommodation provider.

What child discounts are available?
A
Many of our villas are ideal for families and the accommodation details will show whether there are cots available and whether these can be pre booked. Some offer great children's facilities such as kids clubs and details are provided in the accommodation information.

What additional charges will there be?
A
You may be charged for any extras you book and pay for locally. These could include security deposits payable locally on arrival, cleaning and linen charges, use of air conditioning, telephone calls, use of the mini bar, room service, spa facilities, laundry, extra nights, children's clubs etc.

What happens to my accommodation booking if my flight is delayed?
A
If your arrival date at your accommodation is delayed for any reason, you must advise the accommodation directly prior to your arrival date, or your entire booking will be cancelled, and cancellation charges will be applied. Full details of the accommodation details will be provided on your accomodation voucher.

What are the check in and out times for my property?
A
Normal check in/out times vary by property but as a rule, please use this guide.

Accommodation may be kept on later, subject to special arrangement with the property direct, for an extra charge.

Is there someone I can contact if I have a problem when I am in resort?
A
Yes. Your accommodation voucher will show the contact telephone number for our local accommodation provider or representative.
