We are looking for 1 to 5 bedroom short stay rental properties such as houses, villas, cottages and chalets (min 3* standard) worldwide and in all main holiday destinations for UK travellers.

We are keen to fulfil demand for our destinations already featured in Spain, France, Malta, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, Morocco, Turkey and Cyprus. We are currently looking to build our range of villas in long haul markets such as Florida, South Africa, Caribbean and Goa so please let us know if you have properties in any of these markets. We take care of all the customer paperwork. We send customers their booking details and arrival instructions automatically, saving you time and hassle.

We have a multilingual team speaking Spanish, French and Italian. We offer supplier friendly contracts in these languages.

7. Guidance on how to maximise your rental income:

We can guide you on the best way to feature your properties and what will best appeal to the UK holidaymaker. We can guide you through how to set up your seasons so you are maximising your rentals in the offseason months.

8. Guidance on health and safety issues:

Our health and safety questionnaire will ensure that you check that your property is best organised to minimise the risk of accidents.
